Customer Support Operations Manager is responsible to help customer support functions to be productive, work more efficiently and deliver the best possible service to customers. This role has an internal focus on tools, processes, and workflow improvements. 

You will impact the satisfaction of our customers and success of our Customer Support by leading Customer Support Operations team.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology, or industrial engineering.
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in customer support or other operations team.
  • You have experience in leadership positions.
  • Experience in applying data analytics to improve business processes or workflows.
  • Experience with process automation.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Strong Information Technology skills.
