Description

  • Paying, recording of incoming accounts, closing payments, calculating costs and payments to employees
  • Keeping records within your area of responsibility
  • Entering of documents and invoices in internal accounting and reporting programs
  • Supporting superiors regarding the reconciliation of the book of incoming and outgoing invoices with the original invoices and reports of these invoices in internal programs
  • Supporting for creating outgoing and controlling incoming invoices and reconciling differences by the same
  • Maintaining of business correspondence with other internal departments and external book keeping services and other institutions, and other by order of the head
  • Doing other administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience directly in finance and administration
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
