You are a savvy, public relations expert who knows and understands the mechanics of how technology shapes the way we communicate. Someone who has experience to create and oversee a 360-degree integrated PR & communications strategy that will help position and enhance the brand equity of Infobip as an Omnichannel communications leader. You will play an integral role in public relations, and corporate communications. You will manage and improve all our external and internal communications flows, with the support of PR Agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Infobip in India region and implement communications initiatives to support our mission to provide accessible, innovative communication technology to our partners in various industries and geographies, enabling them to grow, innovate and impact their communities for the better.

Head of Customer Support is responsible to organize and lead technical support for customer on regional level. Manager is expected to ensure high customer satisfaction and manage regional team resources.
