You are a savvy, public relations expert who knows and understands the mechanics of how technology shapes the way we communicate. Someone who has experience to create and oversee a 360-degree integrated PR & communications strategy that will help position and enhance the brand equity of Infobip as an Omnichannel communications leader. You will play an integral role in public relations, and corporate communications. You will manage and improve all our external and internal communications flows, with the support of PR Agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for promoting a positive image of Infobip in India region and implement communications initiatives to support our mission to provide accessible, innovative communication technology to our partners in various industries and geographies, enabling them to grow, innovate and impact their communities for the better.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promoting Infobip’s story, our strategic positioning, vision and product innovations with employees, clients, media, influencers, and industry 
  • Creating, managing, and executing communication programs in-line with our company goals and objectives; ensuring key messages are effectively shared with appropriate external and internal audiences.
  • Responsible for awards, recognition, and thought leadership positioning through trade media etc.
  • Cultivating new relationships and building on existing relationships with journalists, analysts, bloggers thought leaders and influencers.
  • Developing innovation thought leadership programs, social influencer programs, and content for the B2B/ SaaS segment 
  • Leading and managing our PR agencies and stringers
  • Providing communications counsel and support to business and functional leaders, with the goal of improving the internal and external brand and reputation of the company 
  • Working with executives, product, engineering, and content teams to build innovative and thought leadership PR stories. 
  • Partnering with HR leads to support employer branding efforts.
  • Managing Social channels and handling negative feedback/comments
  • Supporting social media efforts with tactical communication and strategic public relations initiatives 
  • Producing in-depth quantitative and qualitative written reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ad-hoc as required to highlight PR activities and results achieved.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in content writing and marketing in IT, SaaS, or comparable industry that is heavily reliant on technology.
  • 3-5 years’ experience of corporate communications or PR agency equivalent required.
  • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; a passion for editorial and grammatical excellence.
  • An understanding of communication mediums, such as forums and blogs, and experience utilizing them effectively in communications programs is required.
  • Ability to unravel technical product information into clear and concise copy.
  • Knowledge and Interest of digital communication, Software as a Service (SaaS), web services, technology, and industry trends
  • Extensive experience CMS tools such as WordPress.
  • How to do comparative analysis of copy and pick up the good and the bad.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Can work with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines.
  • Ability to use European & American English as a communication standard.
