Description

Company Compliances with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC)

  • Assistance in Drafting of Minutes/Agenda/Notices as per Companies Act
  • Assistance in preparation of Board calendar
  • Maintenance of Statutory Registers as per Companies Act
  • Declarations by Directors as per Companies Act
  • Share Certificate issuance
  • Allotment / Transfer of Shares
  • Filing of statutory forms with RJSC
  • Maintaining and establishing a formal filing system
  • Listing and filing of mandatorily RJSC documents as per the Company Act.
  • Other applicable compliance

Regulatory Compliances with Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC)

  • To check compliances needs to be done with BTRC.
  • To assist in procurement of applicable licenses.
  • To check on other compliances which are application to run the activities of the Company

Applicable Compliances in regards to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

  • Co-ordination with bank and internal department for remittances
  • Reporting of remittance with respective authorities
  • Pre and post FDI compliance.

Other activities  :-

  • Execution of documents and agreements.
  • Listing/filing of agreement along with KYC
  • Assistance for other company issues if any
  • To provide details/documents to other department and assistance in this regards.
  • Co-ordination with consultant.
  • Other day to day activities in respect to the regulatory / compliances.

Qualifications

Graduation with relevant Experience may apply.
Should be fluent in Bangla and English
