Description

The Graphic Design Specialist supports a cross-functional marketing team in the North American region through the creation of compelling and engaging visual assets. You’ll be responsible for designing across print, digital and environmental formats within Infobip’s brand guidelines.

We're looking for someone who can successfully guide creative projects from concept to execution in a deadline driven environment. The right candidate is curious, organized, flexible and highly collaborative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets and layout marketing materials that support in-region marketing campaigns, e.g. social graphics, display advertisements, graphic headers (landing pages, emails, blogs), ebooks, white papers, infographics, guides and event booths
  • Manipulation and recoloring of vector illustrations
  • Collaborate closely with integrated marketing managers, PR/comms experts, content writers, social marketing managers, event marketing managers and marketing automation specialists
  • Ensure alignment to brand with seamless execution across formats in varied channels
  • Maintain a database of images, working files and final deliverables
  • Stay up to date on the latest in design trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Experience designing within and adhering to corporate brand and style guidelines
  • Excellent skills in layout, typography and color theory—understanding the value of negative space 
  • Excellent attention to detail, down to the finest pixel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Accustomed to accepting and applying feedback
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively
  • Able to work effectively with a global workforce and within a virtual team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where individual initiative is critical
  • Flexibility, willingness to step up to the challenge with a creative, innovative and growth mindset

Requirements:

  • BFA in graphic design, visual communication, or related discipline
  •  3-5 years of experience working as a professional digital or graphic designer, preferably in tech, B2B or B2B2C
  • Advanced skills working within Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates solving problems through thoughtful design and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of file types and compression
  • Experience in animated web banners, WordPress, or HTML a plus
