Why is this role important at Infobip?

Telecom Business Executive is an individual contributor role in HQ that is accountable for contributing to increase the company’s revenue through the development and monetization of the telecom solutions. Being assigned to a certain telecom solution or solutions that are offered to the telecoms, the person in this role acts as a solution expert that understands the commercial and technical aspects of the solution as well as the use cases and focuses on increasing the revenue and gross profit coming from that specific solution on a global level. 

What will you do at Infobip?

  • create and implement the sales strategy for the assigned solution together with the regions
  • conduct post-sales analysis and analysis on the lost opportunities
  • create/update solution selling collateral by cooperating with Telecom Relations and take part in creating solution proposals and contracts
  • closely cooperate with multiple departments in the organization in order to implement the solution strategies which result in revenue increase and gross profit coming from the assigned solution on a global level
  • focus on learning Infobip telecom solutions and business processes
  • consult with Seniors and Experts on the projects/deals
  • proactively seek for information and build upon solution and industry knowledge every day


More about you:

  • 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry, working for telecom or selling to a telecom
  • Experience working on B2B partner relationships (preferably with SaaS and CPaaS products)
  • You put customers at the center of everything you do
  • Degree in Economics or STEM, or relevant working experience
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills toward both technical and non-technical audience
  • Enjoys collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • Goal-driven and persistent person
