Infobip is seeking an ambitious Customer Marketing Expert to drive marketing strategies and programs focused on growing, engaging, and retaining our enterprise customers across the globe. Reporting to the Customer Marketing Director, you will be responsible for executing and building on key global and regional customer initiatives; creating alignment, support, and collaboration across the business; and improving customer communications and tools.

You will also be required to lead the team and represent the customer marketing department in leadership meetings for a period of 6-9 months while the Customer Marketing Director is on maternity leave.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize global customer marketing strategy
  • Acting department lead, as required.
  • Develop programs for key customer segments that inform, educate, and delight our most valuable customers - and drive adoption, expansion and retention.
  • Work closely with eight regional marketing teams to develop initiatives that can be rolled out across the globe.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience and Customer Success teams to streamline communications across each stage of the customer journey.
  • Support growth marketing with cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.
  • Work closely with PR and internal comms on corporate communication for customers, especially around M&A activity.
  • Apply a deep understanding of marketing best practices - including email marketing, in-product marketing, webinars, content and more - and develop engaging and impactful campaigns
  • Run customer steering committee to develop and execute key customer initiatives such as customer advocacy programs and CAB (Client Advisory Board).
  • Work with Product to set up and manage a customer engagement portal and associated customer communities.


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or related experience.
  • 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Expert cross-functional partner and collaborator, with an ability to build strong relationships, define clear roles, align to common goals, and quickly drive towards results.
  • Experience in M&A communications and programs
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and executing marketing programs that drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience building big, cross-functional programs from scratch. You can create a vision and strategy, establish goals and success metrics, develop a roadmap, and bring it to life.
  • Analytical and data-driven. You are diligent about measuring and quantifying the impact of your programs and know how to leverage data to uncover insights and continually improve your programs.
