  • Provide clear status of pipeline health and assess performance to define key areas of improvement. Detect pipeline gaps.
  • Work with regional functional heads to define, execute tactical plans to overcome pipeline gaps.
  • Develop account and territory plans and define key areas for market expansion.
  • Align with Sales, Marketing and Partner department to build and drive demand generation plans to provide solid pipeline coverage and conversions.
  • Establish a rolling planning process for pipeline coverage and Demand Generation and identification from structural pipeline issues across all relevant segments.
  • Identify white spaces. Get feedback from Field, Marketing, Partners, recruitment on reasons for white space and align how to fill them in.
  • Facilitate the Board related Demand Management Meetings which will be a periodical body with participants from Sales, Marketing, Partner Management and Sales Operations, to analyze pipeline situation and define Demand Generation plan.
  • Align with Revenue Operations concerning reporting on pipeline KPIs and health.
  • Liaise with Marketing to devise content for targeted campaigns in line with the priority areas identified.
  • Identify process and content issues, proposals, and implementation of improvements for campaigns. Share best practices and innovative practices.
  • With growth marketing, provide a demand generation calendar with executable campaigns.
  • Constantly review regional KPIs and pipeline health and apply both proactive and firefighting approach to ensure healthy pipeline and targets attainment.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Economics/ Microsoft Excel oriented on developing internal and external tools 
  • Pipeline management, Competitive analysis
