Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be a savvy creative writer with a passion for storytelling, experience in producing B2B branded content, and writing about solutions and products. The Content Marketing Expert will contribute to marketing initiatives and assist in building out content journeys that help drive regional brand awareness in North America. Through a variety of content types, you’ll spark curiosity and encourage engagement with the Infobip brand. 

This role will be responsible for managing all top-funnel marketing materials, both, short-form and long-form, that leverage messaging, positioning, and value propositions for targeted audiences. You will write impactful copy for blog posts, checklists, landing pages, infographics, social media & paid media, emails, events, presentation scripts, and more. 

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, you will work closely with a cross-functional region team in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Integrated Campaigns as well as our dedicated PR and Communication Expert, Event Manager and Social Manager to create engaging copy that supports both owned, earned and paid initiatives. You will also collaborate with the Sales and Product Marketing teams on resonating messaging and accurate details about products and solutions. Expertise in brainstorming new content ideas, creating and measuring the performance of organic search growth is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

  • Producing and evaluating content that results in an increased volume of organic traffic on the website obtained through online channels (websites, social, advertising, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers in NAM on content distribution, content optimization, and SEO. 

  • Manage and maintain the content calendar. 

  • Manage projects in queue with key agency partners and internal teams. 

  • Quality assuring and delivering content in a timely manner. 

  • Collaborating with all key experts who ensure complete knowledge of products and solutions. 

  • Ensuring the content is written to brand standards on voice and style. 

  • Analyzing data and information on the performance of produced content; suggesting improvements. 

  • Supporting content strategy planning and development.

More about you: 

  • You have proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language. 
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related communications field. MBA in marketing a plus. 
  • You've been working at least 5 years as a leader in multichannel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.) or in Public Relations, Marketing or communications in IT or similar industries, Fintech or SaaS experience is a plus.   
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You are meticulous and know how to organize your time. 
  • You’re able to work well independently and collaboratively.  
  • You're experienced with creating compelling messages for different target demographics. 
  • Hands on experience using Search Engine Optimization (SEO), HTML and web traffic metrics 
  • Experience with CMS tools such as WordPress. 
  • Experience using Google Analytics is a plus 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where individual initiative is critical. 
  • Flexibility, willing to step up to the challenge with a solution focused mind set. 
  • Ability to unravel technical product information into clear and concise copy 
  • Be a strong independent researcher and concise communicator both verbally and in writing with the ability to understand and develop messages for a wide range of issues and audiences. 
  • Be able to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple, potentially conflicting tasks. 
  • Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team. 
  • Have experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. Eloqua, SFDC). 
  • Interest in digital communication, Software as a Service (SaaS), web services, technology, and industry trends.
