As the “face of the Infobip”, Office Assistant is the first person to welcome our clients and candidates and handle the day-to-day administration from our new office in the heart of Katowice. With a unique overview of the company, Office Assistant is regularly called upon to provide various information – it’s no exaggeration to say that an executive, manager or the whole company is only as good as their assistant. That is why, the daily work from office will be helpful to make sure that everything is working properly. 

Because we are working in the flexibility environment, we are ready to consider Candidates on both, part-time and full-time work. 

You know you are doing a good job when: 

  • You provide a warm welcome to our clients and candidates as they arrive and make sure that rooms are prepared for the meeting. 
  • You handle daily contact and operations with service providers. 
  • You take care of visits organization, on-site and off-site events. 
  • You provide daily support to employees (access cards, distribution, collecting of materials and other tasks, because we don’t know what the future will bring to us 😊). 
  • Perform general office duties as needed i.e., organize and store paperwork, handle incoming calls, mails and other materials.  
  • Keep your teams business operations and activities organized and moving forward.  
  • You support team in Employer Branding activities (e.g., ordering promotion materials, contact with providers, contact with organizer of branch events etc.). 

Qualifications

More about you:   

  • You have  excellent organizational skills.  
  • You are open to changes, flexible, you have this dynamics & drive inside of you 😊  
  • You shine with positive energy to people.
  • You have a degree or still study in finance, accounting or business administration, marketing or equivalent.  
  • Your written & spoken English is fluent, with colleagues, clients and partners. 
  • You are proficient in MS Office. 
  • You have High accuracy and strong attention to details.  
  • You are able  to prioritize multiple assignments and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. 
  • You work well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Pervious work experience in administration field will be a strong asset.
