OP Technical Account Manager ensures that the business operations within OP function in Eurasia are run smoothly.  OP Technical Account Manager is an experienced professional, the person in this role displays excellent knowledge in our internal tools, and business processes; runs the back-office duties independently, knows how to solve the disputes effectively or to whom to consult when needed and mentors the less experienced colleagues.

What will you do?

  • Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms
  • QBR preparation and presentation
  • Proactively communicating the status, escalations, and recommendations for the telecoms
  • Resolving billing disputes
  • Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms
  • Dispatching the issues to the Core Network Team
  • Sender registration
  • Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
  • Ensuring smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicable
  • Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the BG (Business Growth) team.

Qualifications

More about you:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or experience in telecom industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • You are passionate about technology and systems
  • You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person
